You are going through an incredible transformation, and practicing Yoga during pregnancy creates time and space to integrate this process of change. By drawing your attention inward, your awareness of and connection with your baby is deepened. Our classes are designed specifically for you and your growing baby, with a focus on the key milestones to consider throughout your pregnancy and practices that will help prepare you for the birth. Plus, a minimum of 4 participants is required to start each class, ensuring a supportive group dynamic. Conducted in the comfort of your own home and at the convenience of the time you prefer, our pregnancy yoga sessions offer a personalized approach to support you on this journey of motherhood.
