In this program we go into discovering your dosha "mind-body type" (vata/pitta/kappa). Each dosha has different traits and characteristics. Discovering which dosha needs to be balanced and how to balance them using yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation is what this program is all about. You are not just going to improve your fitness level but understand how your body, mind, emotions work to empower you to make the best decisions for your unique self. Classes are conducted at the comfort of your own home at your preferred time.
