ABOUT US
At Yoga Connection, our mission is to guide individuals on a transformative journey of self-discovery and well-being. Led by Rashita, RYT-500, and an Indian-Singaporean yoga teacher. Yoga was always an intrinsic part of her family’s Indian culture. Her grandparents regularly practice pranayama (conscious breathing), asana (yoga postures), and dhyana (meditation).

In 2010, as a first-year executive at Formula One, Rashita reconnected with Yoga through meditation and asana—the physical practice—understanding its ability to relieve anxiety and symptoms of burnout by seeing positive transformation in her own self.
​
While working in Singapore, she continued to practice yoga, completed her 500-hour certification, and attended yoga lectures in both Singapore and America. Eventually, she made the bold decision to transition away from her corporate career and fully dedicate herself to teaching yoga. Her focus shifted towards mindfulness and yoga as tools for self-regulation and holistic well-being.

For over 14 years, Rashita finds herself committed to practicing and teaching Yoga in studios, schools, and organizations across the globe, bringing light to Indian cultural meaning and history, its scientific benefits, and its inspiration of life enjoyment and empowerment.
